Position summary

The role is designed to bring a significant level of expertise within medical publications and related communications that are supported by Datavision from a software standpoint. This role should act as an internal and external expert consultant for publications, and drive Datavision from the position of product roadmap, industry adoption/market penetration and support business development activities and initiatives related to Datavision and aligned iEnvision solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap for your product from the business need standpoint, working with other domain leads and the ETS platform leads to ensure consistency across the platform, gathering input from the client engagement team and working with the assigned business liaison to ensure ideas are documented and presentable
• Lead external engagement and communication for Datavision, including congress presentations, focus groups, industry publications and white papers
• Work with the sales team to support business development activities for Datavision and other iEnvision products, including product demonstrations, and inputting to (or leading) proposal development depending on the opportunity
• Support client engagement with adoption planning, and impart industry and product expertise to clients as required by the client engagement team
• Assist the ETS Marketing and Communication team in the development of materials to support products, including congress and booth materials, website copy, press releases, case studies, slide sets, value propositions and other material
• Provide the ETS Marketing and Communication team with up-to-date competitive insights into other solutions available within the market
• Work with the Operational Excellence group to support business development activities, including identifying opportunities through adoption planning meetings and demonstrations
• Ensuring awareness and working knowledge of all ETS solutions and domains

Skills and experience required

Minimum and essential qualifications, experience and technical expertise required to complete role:
• Significant experience in relevant domain area of expertise (ie, scientific publications and communications) including 5–10 years’ experience in either industry or related support companies, such as medical communication agencies
• Degree or higher qualifications in relevant scientific, medical or pharmacy subjects
• High level of computer literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
