The Opportunity
To manage general office duties from the Wilmslow office to ensure efficient office operation. Support operations team, senior management, and wider group with internal project initiatives.

The Role:
How you will make an impact at Envision Pharma Group:
• Maintain optimal in-office environment to enable teams to deliver comfortably in their roles
• Maintain facilities, office supplies and equipment including ad-hoc management of relationships with vendors and contractors as per location requirement
• Support the preparation of project timelines for internal project initiatives
• Support the global operations manager, senior management, and wider teams as required
• Planning and organisation of Company events and social initiatives to enhance team culture and wellbeing
• Research and organise all elements of travel – utilise the company travel system (Concur), produce itineraries, check currency in and out, support wider team with use of the system (be a Concur Ambassador) and ensure Company Travel Policy is adhered to
• Follow and ensure team compliance with ISO and ESG processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies (First Aid, Fire Safety, PAT Testing and Office Inspections)
• Compilation and uploading Intranet content and work with IT to ensure the Intranet continues to develop into an effective tool for business use

Key responsibilities

Skills & Expertise
• Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent
• Some prior experience in a project/office administration role would be ideal but not critical
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• An interest in science would be highly beneficial
