Position summary

The Account Management team is focused on building important relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT and C-suite. Account managers identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned and new accounts, acting with urgency and integrity, while retaining a strong customer focus.

The primary objective of the Key Account Manager/Director role is to build/extend iEnvision strategic platform solutions with enterprise key account customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key deals and key projects
• Forecast business growth and management account plans across key accounts
• Build strong relationships and trust with customers
• Advise customers on industry trends, uncover issues and challenge practise to propose appropriate solutions
• Meet or exceed pipeline generation and license revenue targets
• Manage complete SaaS sales cycles, utilising internal and external resources as needed.
• Collaborate and share feedback with cross-functional teams to enhance ongoing product development efforts

Skills and experience required

• 5+ years of experience in strategic account sales of >$500k
• Extensive experience working with multi-disciplinary stakeholders in pharma business, IT, procurement
• Experience in healthcare or biopharma industry medical affairs highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully communicate with C-suite
• Strong track record of value-based sales success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strategic account planning and execution skills
• Good grasp of current and evolving medical affairs environment in pharma and biotech
• Demonstrate grit, resilience and tenacity with a desire to succeed on your own terms scaling with the company as we continue to grow and delivery iEnvision to our customers
