The Opportunity

Working in a newly formed global ITIL Service Management capability, you will support the implementation of ITIL policies, processes, and procedures to drive service excellence.
This role will engage in the design and management of the following ITIL practices: Service Management Reporting, including Major Incident Reports, Problem Management, Change Enablement, Service Introduction and Transition, as well as supporting service improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

The Role

How you will make an impact at Envision Pharma Group:
• Design and deliver the overall management of ITIL Service Management best practice policies, processes, and procedures to enhance the control and maturity of IT capability
• Design, deliver and manage the Service Introduction and Transition incl. processes and the governance, ensuring these are communicated and followed throughout the department
• Create and manage service improvement plan, managing priorities, risks and issues
• Design and support the Problem Management processes by ensuring that the root cause analysis is conducted, managing actions to conclusion in a time driven approach
• Optimise the Change Management processes and oversee the management of the CAB, ensuring changes follow an effective and efficient process, minimising risks to the live environment
• Drive continues service improvements in IT, delivering value and simplification
• Provide management reports to support KPI’s

Skills and experience required

Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 10 years professional experience in a multi-site IT environment (3 years+ in service management role)
• ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4), or relevant experience working in an ITIL Service Management environment is essential
• Knowledge and experience in the development of Service Management Toolset, ServiceNow ideally
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, and decompose high-level information into recommendations
• Experience providing subject matter expertise in Service Management disciplines
• Passionate about customer service and continuous service improvement
• A forward-thinking approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A natural problem solver, analytical and inquisitive, along with high level of self-motivation, and the drive to really make a difference
