Position summary

The Client Engagement Associate will build a foundation of excellent customer service and an in depth knowledge of Envision’s technology products. Your primary objective will be to support our clients in the adoption and optimal use of our software solutions. You will partner with the existing Client Engagement team and will learn how to manage client relationships effectively. As you gain experience, you will act as the go-to person for providing ongoing support for both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Learn about Envision’s products and the business processes they support
• Maintain optimum service levels for all clients throughout the product lifecycle, including: implementation, training, configuration cycles, special projects, production support, communication and annual adoption planning
• Inform and partner with product management and other Client Engagement teams
• Be able to present new features, documentation and training materials that will enable clients to adopt and gain additional value
• Create, maintain and review business requirement documentation, training materials and software release notes
• Work with the product, delivery and development teams to ensure that our software solutions meet the clients’ requirements
• Perform customer-focused testing on our software solutions
• Perform individual and small group training on our software solutions in person, and via online tools
• Identify leads and opportunities to expand adoption, usage and value within the client’s organisation

Skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications/experience
• 1-2 years of proven customer-facing experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and good presentation skills
• Good time and project management skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to learn new software packages quickly and thoroughly
• Demonstrable experience in project or account management
• Experience training others would be an advantage
• 10%-20% Travel: Ability to travel for occasional client meetings
