Associate Manager - UK Remote

Position summary

The Associate Manager is an entry-level position within the Operational Excellence group. Working across various account teams, the Associate Manager engages with colleagues to support clients by helping to deliver Operational Excellence services. Keen to ask questions and put forward ideas, the Associate Manager utilizes professional interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members in providing top-level support to our clients

Key responsibilities

• Supports the senior and extended team members to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations for deliverables
• Develops and maintains meaningful relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Provides operational support that includes:
– Scheduling internal and external team meetings; developing the agenda, preparing minutes, etc.
– Maintaining and updating project close checklists and digital record filings, internal team operational checklists and process documents
• Represents Envision Pharma Group and Operational Excellence at client meetings (virtual and in person), national and international conferences, and other Envision Pharma Group locations Governance & Other Consulting
• Supports senior team in meeting project deadlines and exceed client expectations for governance and other consulting deliverables
• Helps develop and implement policies and processes and other consultative solutions within the medical affairs arena – evaluating materials and helping prepare summary slides
• Helps develop follow-on training materials and workshops that are best in class
• Stays current in medical affairs concentrations, policies, and compliance Adoption & Change Management
• Develops accurate, robust, and engaging technical content to support training and adoption materials for clients to optimize use of Envision Technology Solutions or other tools
• Ensures that the enduring training materials developed within Operational Excellence are best in class
• Stays current in the field of adoption and change management Business Process Outsourcing
• Supports the senior members to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations for technology-related deliverables
• Technology administrative support: Executes real-time maintenance of records across Envision Pharma Group or other client software tools, including creating new records, tracking projects as they progress through the system, and closing and remediating records at project completion
• Data interpretation: Provides data analytics and metrics support using data extracted from software tools to drill down into operational aspects of a project/account
• Working with account manager(s), supports the team in the development and/or maintenance of project status reports and timelines; proactively follows up with client stakeholders to ensure adherence to client processes
• Supports ad hoc technology-specific projects within Operational Excellence, including researching journal and congress metrics, assisting with newsletter development, scheduling training for client stakeholders
• Leverages Business Process Outsourcing foundation to assist with development of training materials, including change management tools to optimize the use of Envision products and services across clients and internal stakeholders

Skills and experience required

Minimum and essential qualifications, experience, and technical expertise required to complete role:
• Education level: Bachelor’s degree
• Proven project management experience within medical affairs, medical communication, or publications agency, or equivalent experience in adoption and change management
• Prior external client-facing experience with a track record of providing excellent customer service
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Captivate
• Preferred: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or medical communications industry and terminology
• Knowledge of the Envision Pharma Group software tools or other tracking tools preferred
