Position summary

Advance your medcomms career with Envision Pharma Group by joining our Alligent division in this remote Account Manager/Senior role, supporting a large pharma client in the oncology space.

Key responsibilities

• As a key member of our Client Services team you will handle account management and client-facing activities, project management, internal team collaboration and liaisons, project timelines, account finances, and status updates
• Have access and gain exposure to all areas of Envision, including subject matter experts and thought leaders in patient engagement, market intelligence, and behavioral science to support your professional development and account growth
• Work with our award-winning Creative Lab to develop innovative formats for data visualization and presentation

This could be your next role if you are:
• A seasoned medcomms professional with experience in medical affairs and a desire to make a move toward commercial
• Someone who understands strategy who is skilled in (and enjoys) brand planning with the knowledge of how to brainstorm tactical execution against strategy. We are frequently in a “brand planning” mindset as we engage with clients and continue to innovate to address their business needs
• Comfortable having abstract discussions, and often starting from scratch in project development with no historical reference to guide development
• Comfortable working in a continuously evolving environment where no 2 days are the same
• Confident and experienced navigating how to fit into a team and make contributions

Skills and experience required

• At least 3 years of experience in an account management role within a medical communications or pharmaceutical agency environment
• Medical communications experience is required with client-facing experience in leading client calls
• Strength in strategy with experience in brand planning and brainstorming tactical execution against strategy
• Skilled in having abstract client discussions and the ability to start project development from scratch
• Excellent project planning and project management skills with experience managing timelines and routing projects
• Sound financial acumen and experience in account financial management
• Ability to lead/motivate a team to deliver effectively and mentor less experienced team members
• Experience managing the internal process with all internal stakeholders
• Ability to travel to the client(s) once per month on average for client meetings and delivery of events (when travel restrictions do not apply)
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
