Position summary

The Account Management team is focused on building important relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT and C-suite. Account managers identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned and new accounts, acting with urgency and integrity, while retaining a strong customer focus.

The primary objective of the Sales Director (Executive) role is to build the new customer base and extending iEnvision solutions with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manages new sales opportunities and expansion of existing (non-key) accounts
• Build strong relationships and trust with customers
• Advise customers on industry trends, uncover issues and challenge practise to propose appropriate solutions
• Meet or exceed pipeline generation and license revenue targets
• Manage complete SaaS sales cycles, utilising internal and external resources as needed.
• Collaborate and share feedback with cross-functional teams to enhance ongoing product development efforts
• Act with integrity and urgency for the benefit of the customer

Skills and experience required

• 5+ years cumulative experience in account sales, customer success or client consulting
• Experience in healthcare or biopharma industry highly desirable
• Effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully communicate with a variety of levels within an organization
• Track record of sales success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strategic account planning and execution skills
• Demonstrate grit, resilience and tenacity with a desire to succeed on your own terms scaling with the company as we continue to grow and delivery iEnvision to our customers
