Envision is proud to present the final feature in its three-part news series highlighting the 2024 Sustainability Report. This third update focuses on stakeholder impact – showing how the organization has strengthened relationships, supported communities, and driven innovation across its value chain.

Stakeholder impact: Collaboration with purpose
In 2024, we deepened our commitment to stakeholder engagement through inclusive partnerships, responsible sourcing, and community investment. A key achievement was the expansion of our sustainable supplier program, which now includes tailored support for small and diverse businesses. This initiative ensures our supply chain reflects the diversity of the patients we serve and aligns with our sustainability goals.
We also made significant progress in supplier transparency and accountability. By the end of 2024, 42% of suppliers completed EcoVadis assessments, and 39% have now set science-based targets. Our Supplier Code of Conduct, attested by 24% of high-impact suppliers, sets clear expectations around ethics, human rights, and environmental responsibility.
Community engagement and social impact
Our teams continued to make a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work. Highlights include:
- Supporting global health through our client work, including initiatives that aim to improve maternal health outcomes in low-income countries
- Raising over $1000 for Movember, with 125 colleagues walking, running, and cycling over 7000 miles
- Donating goods to Horsham Matters, The Exchange at Stortford Baptist Church, and LifeCare Alliance of Ohio through seasonal giving campaigns and rehoming unwanted office items
We also launched a Volunteering Leave Policy, empowering employees to support causes close to their hearts. A new framework to measure the social impact of volunteering is now in development.
Innovation that drives impact
Our commitment to innovation was recognized at the 2024 Communiqué Awards, where Envision 90TEN won for campaigns that amplified underrepresented voices and improved healthcare awareness.
We also launched EnvisionOne Insights, a real-time analytics platform, and published our AI adoption guidebook for medical affairs, reinforcing our role as a responsible leader in life sciences technology.
Looking ahead, we remain focused on building resilient partnerships, supporting our communities, and delivering sustainable value for our clients. By embedding stakeholder impact into our strategy, we continue to drive progress with purpose.
This September also marks two major global milestones: the 25th anniversary of the United Nations Global Compact and the 10th anniversary of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To mark the occasion, the UN Global Compact Network UK is running a month-long SDG awareness campaign.
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, Envision celebrates these milestones through our annual Sustainability Report, highlighting how we support global efforts toward a more sustainable future using the SDGs’ principles and goals.
