Envision is proud to announce the publication of its latest 2024 Sustainability Report, highlighting the company’s continued commitment to responsible growth, environmental stewardship, and empowering its people.

Environmental stewardship: Progress with purpose
In 2024, we advanced our environmental strategy with a focus on credibility, collaboration, and measurable impact. A key milestone was securing validation of our science-based targets, aligning emissions reduction goals with the 1.5°C pathway of the Paris Climate Agreement. This achievement reflects our growing maturity in climate action and strengthens performance across global frameworks, including assessments such as CDP and EcoVadis.
Recognizing that over 80% of our emissions come from purchased goods and services, we launched a supplier engagement program early in 2024 (with support from Cláudia Matos, Office Manager) to reduce emissions across our value chain.
Greener workspaces and employee engagement
Our commitment to sustainability spans remote, virtual, and physical spaces. We’ve transitioned to greener, certified offices and have implemented energy-efficient upgrades across multiple locations. We also promoted sustainable commuting, digital-first practices, and waste reduction, supported by local champions and awareness campaigns.
“I’d like to thank the teams I’ve collaborated most with – our office managers, wellness champions, and IT team – for helping drive emission reductions,” said Kate Martin, Sustainability Manager. “Each year, we look at how we can improve – from encouraging reusable water bottles and cutting single-use plastics, to operational changes like LED lighting and better utility contracts. Small changes can scale up to big impacts.”
Kate spoke with Kylie Turner, Global Associate Director, Facilities and Office Operations, to reflect on their 2024 collaboration. Kylie said, “I’m especially proud of working with our office managers to drive meaningful, sustainable changes across the global office portfolio. We’ve right-sized our spaces, donated surplus items to local charities, improved recycling facilities, and negotiated more efficient service contracts. A personal highlight was the Earth Day events hosted by our office managers – they brought people together and raised awareness in a truly engaging way. Reducing unnecessary resource use while also delivering cost savings for the business is incredibly rewarding.”
Emissions reduction highlights
- 93% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 market-based greenhouse gas emissions (2022–2023)
- 85% of electricity procured from renewables in 2024 (up from 5%)
- 31% reduction in emissions intensity (kgCO₂e/$m revenue)
- Third-party medium assurance of Scope 1 and 2 emissions
As we move into 2025, we remain focused on embedding sustainability across our operations, creating long-term value for our clients, our people, and the planet.
This September also marks two major global milestones: the 25th anniversary of the United Nations Global Compact and the 10th anniversary of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To mark the occasion, the UN Global Compact Network UK is running a month-long SDG awareness campaign.
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, Envision celebrates these milestones through our annual Sustainability Report, highlighting how we support global efforts toward a more sustainable future using the SDGs’ principles and goals.
