Envision Pharma Group has promoted Jennifer (Jenn) Lospinoso to President of Riparian, its business unit focused on pricing, access, and value optimization for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
Lospinoso, who came to Envision in 2022 as part of the acquisition of Riparian, will lead the business as it continues to support life sciences organizations working through increasingly complex market access, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory environments.
She brings more than 20 years of experience across government and commercial program operations, strategy, and compliance, and is widely recognized for helping pharmaceutical manufacturers implement commercial strategies and navigate evolving regulatory and reimbursement requirements across government programs.

Prior to Riparian, Lospinoso led government rebates, gross-to-net, and government contracting at a top five pharmaceutical company, and previously served as a Managing Director at a Big Four accounting firm, advising a broad range of life sciences organizations. She is a frequent industry speaker with more than 100 engagements covering cell and gene therapy strategies, Medicare, Medicaid, 340B, and US pricing models.
She will continue to report to Langan and serve on the Envision Executive Leadership Team.
