By bringing its legacy agency divisions together under a simpler, more customer-centric framework that combines its strengths in healthcare communications and value and access with strategy, creativity, and technology, the new structure better aligns with the company’s talent to deliver specialized, scalable, and enhanced solutions that meet clients' evolving needs across the life sciences industry.

"With the introduction of Envision 90TEN, Envision Catalyst, Envision Ignite, and Envision Spark, we've built a model around what our clients value most: teams who challenge them to innovate, meaningful scientific communication, and a partner who listens and evolves with them," said Alice Choi, President of Envision Medical Communications.

"These agencies reflect our belief that the future of medical communications lies in strategic thinking that is both nimble and customized, leveraging technology to build on the strength of science. Our agency heads bring a human-centered leadership philosophy that reflects our commitment to both client success and patient outcomes."

Leading each agency are seasoned experts who bring decades of experience across healthcare communications, integration of technology, medical affairs, and brand strategy – forming a dynamic leadership cohort positioned to help clients navigate a rapidly changing healthcare landscape:

Envision 90TEN: Kathryn Gray
Envision Catalyst: Liz Boden
Envision Ignite: Kirsten Parr
Envision Spark: Kristyn Morgan

From creative campaigns to evidence-based storytelling and AI-enabled innovation, the agencies will continue to offer bespoke solutions built around their clients’ requirements. They remain deeply connected to Envision’s broader mission: transforming how life sciences companies communicate scientific and medical value through the integration of advanced technology, real-world evidence, and people-centered strategy.
