Envision Pharma Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Florina Krawchick as Chief People Officer (CPO). This key leadership hire under the direction of recently appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tom Langan, reflects Envision’s continued focus on strengthening its executive team to drive future growth.
With more than 20 years of human resources (HR) leadership in the healthcare sector, Florina brings extensive expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, HR operations, and internal communications. In her role, she will lead all aspects of HR and serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
A trusted advisor and business-focused leader, Florina will partner closely with leaders across the organization to align business and HR strategy, ensuring Envision continues to meet evolving business needs through a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive culture.

Florina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University and has a wealth of biopharma experience, having held senior roles in both large pharmaceutical and emerging biotech companies.
Prior to joining Envision, Florina served as CPO at Metabolon, Inc., a global leader in metabolomics, where she built scalable HR processes and led a high-performing team supporting the company’s growth and innovation objectives. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Liquidia Corporation, she guided the organization through rapid expansion, commercial readiness, corporate transactions, and an IPO. Earlier in her career, she held multiple HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, spanning R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
