Talent Acquisition Coordinator


We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and diligent Talent Acquisition Coordinator to add to our Talent Acquisition team. Do you have 1-2 years’ experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition function? If so, this may be a role for you!

Position summary

Working as part of the global HR team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition Partners on all recruitment activity by providing efficient support on a wide range of recruitment matters. The ideal candidate will assist in candidate management, facilitating interviews, and provide support in applicant tracking.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update reports and trackers, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate for weekly recruitment update calls with the business.
  • Invite candidates to interview, send confirmation and directions, coordinate with selected interviewers and schedule in their calendars, book appropriate rooms, refreshments, etc.
  • Maintain applicant database and role/division specific trackers.
  • Liaise/correspond directly with applicants.
  • Send out tests (for Scientific Solutions, Editorial, Creative, and Program Support), follow-up with candidates as required, co-ordinate grading of the tests, and provide information on successful candidates as appropriate to recruiting managers.

Skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree with ≥1 year direct experience in a HR/TA/Coordinator function.
  • Demonstration of organizational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced in managing operational/administrative recruitment or HR support with a demonstrated emphasis on task ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and practical problem-solving skills that can be applied to a results-driven recruitment environment.
  • The ability to be pro-active and use initiative combined with excellent time management.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of output, with a high attention to detail, in a pressurised working environment.
